Job Description
- Coordinate day-to-day with clients to book Tours
- Maintain loyal relationship with the clients
- Maintain an exact exposure of information to client for enabling the booking
- Maintain right information of the client in CRM, required for traveling
- Answer client queries in a prompt and professional manner
- Handle client grievances and address genuinely
- Attend Sales Events / Trade Fairs as required
- Successfully create business from new and existing clients
Requirements & Skills
- Fast Learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a result driven approach
- Proven experience of Sales Executive
- Total work experience must be 2 years plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM Software is a plus
- Proficiency in English Written and Oral
- Knowledge of Regional Languages is a plus Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Hindi (Any two preferred)
- Understanding of Negotiation Techniques
