Sales Executive - Sports Infrastructure

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager with experience in Sports Infrastructure, Artificial Turf, Athletic Tracks, Sports Flooring, and Playground Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and driving sales of sports infrastructure solutions across institutional, commercial, and government sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for sports infrastructure projects.
• Generate leads through cold calling, client meetings, site visits, networking events, referrals, and channel partners.
• Promote and sell Artificial Turf, Synthetic Running Tracks, Sports Courts, Indoor & Outdoor Sports Flooring, Playground Equipment, Gym Equipment, and allied sports infrastructure solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, builders, schools, colleges, universities, sports academies, clubs, corporates, and government organizations.
• Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and on-site demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to provide customized solutions.
• Prepare project proposals, quotations, BOQs, tenders, and commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming sports infrastructure projects.
• Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline through CRM.
• Follow up on enquiries, convert leads into orders, and maintain long-term client relationships.Identify and develop new business opportunities in sports infrastructure projects.
