Job Overview

We are looking for a Solar Sales Professional to handle Ernakulam and upcountry markets. The candidate must have experience in solar sales or a related industry, combining target achievement with field visits and basic technical knowledge.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Network Growth

  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Bengaluru and upcountry areas.
  • Appoint new Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) and dealers.
  • Pitch On-Grid and Off-Grid solar projects to hotels, hospitals, and apartments.
  • Meet architects, builders, and consultants to generate leads.

2. Operations & Collections

  • Collect outstanding dues from customers, dealers, and institutions.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate installation estimates.
  • Follow up on net-metering approvals.
  • Complete daily field leads with a minimum of 7 site/DSA visits.

3. Market Intelligence & Branding

  • Monitor competitor pricing, schemes, and activities.
  • Gather market feedback and submit regular reports.
  • Handle product displays and local publicity at dealer outlets

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record in Solar, Solar Power, or related electrical industries.
  • Knowledge: Basic technical understanding of solar product assembly and operations.
  • Travel: Open to extensive field travel across Ernakulam and upcountry regions.
