Sales Executive Screen Printing Industry

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the screen printing industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the adhesive & sealant segment or a relevant field.

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Generate new leads and set up meetings with potential clients to understand their wishes and concerns.
• Handle entire project management and maintain regular follow-up with customers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services to potential clients.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
• Participate in exhibitions or conferences on behalf of the company and negotiate/close deals while handling complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and gather feedback from customers or prospects, sharing it with internal teams.

• Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or relevant role in adhesive & sealant field.
• Proficiency in English speaking and writing, with fluency in Marathi and Hindi.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and a thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Fast learner with a passion for sales and self-motivation.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
• Education: BE/Diploma in Electronics/Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Ready to travel outstate 15 days in a month.
• Required Minimum Experience of 2 years in adhesive & sealant segment or relevant field.
