Key Result Areas
Customer Management
To visit the concerned site incharge, project managers, influencers and various agencies during project planning & execution and build rapport to execute a smooth flow of operation
Account Reconciliation & Balance Confirmation
Ensure timely reconciliation of customer accounts by verifying invoices, payments, credit notes, and outstanding balances.
Dealer Connect for Trade Sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and channel partners to drive trade sales growth.
New Site Identification
Identify and develop new construction projects, infrastructure sites, and potential customers for Ready-Mix Concrete sales.
Generate leads through market visits, contractor interactions, and industry networking to expand the customer base and achieve sales targets.
Market Mapping
Conduct regular market surveys to track ongoing and upcoming construction activities, competitor presence, and business opportunities.
Analyze market trends and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies and strengthen market coverage.
