Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries related to relocation and moving services.

  • Understand customer relocation requirements and provide suitable service solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Generate leads through calls, referrals, and various sales channels.
  • Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and service details with clients.
  • Follow up with customers to convert inquiries into successful bookings.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.

• 03 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Relocation Services, similar client-facing roles.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Preferred Skills
