Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1. Referral Acquisition & Management
- Identify and onboard local referring doctors (GPs, dentists, pediatricians, orthos, etc.) as clinic partners.
- Conduct regular F2F visits; present clinic services, specialties, packages and new initiatives.
- Build referral funnel and track weekly conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships and prompt feedback loop with referrers.
2. Alliance & Institutional Tie-ups
- Explore business tie-ups with:
- RWAs / Housing societies
- Fitness centres, gyms, yoga centres
- Corporate HR teams for employee health camps
- Tier-2 hospitals for preventive, pre-OPD and continuity care
- Negotiate commercial terms, packages, MoUs as per organisation guidelines.
3. On-ground Activation & Demand Generation
- Launch monthly activation calendar: camps, screening drives, wellness talks.
- Coordinate with clinic manager / marketing team for branding, collaterals, digital promotions.
- Implement targeted community campaigns (BP/Diabetes screening camps etc.)
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / MBA in Marketing or Healthcare preferred.
- 25 years experience in healthcare BD / Pharma field force / Diagnostic BD / Clinic network.
- Excellent communication & relationship building.
- Strong on-ground field execution.
- Target / performance driven.
