Sales Executive - Real Estate

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our Real Estate Sales team as interns. This internship offers hands-on exposure to property sales, client interaction, lead generation, site visits, and real estate market research. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales and the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Contact prospective buyers and understand their property requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits.
• Assist clients throughout the property buying process.
• Conduct follow-ups with interested customers and maintain lead records in CRM.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.
• Research local real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain customer databases.
• Assist in marketing activities, property promotions, and events.
