Eden Realty is looking for dynamic, result-oriented Executives / Senior Executives - Sales to drive sales for its premium luxury residential and commercial developments. We seek highly motivated professionals with a strong track record in real estate sales, excellent customer relationship skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in product orientation and training programs.
- Generate and nurture prospective buyer leads through site visits, meetings, referrals, digital platforms, and telephonic interactions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Conduct presentations, property tours, and negotiations to facilitate bookings and closures.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Ensure timely reporting, lead management, and CRM updates.
Eligibility & Experience
Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive
- Graduate or Post Graduate from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Experience in luxury residential sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Preferred Attributes (All Positions)
- Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Customer-centric approach with strong closing abilities.
- Candidates below 40 years of age will be preferred.
- Ownership of a vehicle will be an added advantage.
