Sales Executive-Pipes & Fittings

Responsibilities :

• Frequently engage with dealers and sub-dealers to secure orders.
• Effectively communicate and explain sales policies and schemes to dealers and distributors.
• Submit Daily Sales Reports (DSR) and weekly tour plans to the respective Area Sales Manager/Branch Manager.
• Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors.
• Monitor and understand product stock availability at branches or warehouses.
• Present updates on sales collections during weekly meetings or Monthly Review Meetings (MRM) to the Branch Manager (BM) or Regional Manager (RM).
• Ensure timely delivery by maintaining product availability at dealer locations.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to collect payment dues from dealers and distributors.

Qualifications Experience :

• A graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Building Materials, Construction, Hardware, and Sanitaryware.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the assigned geographical area.
• Experience in managing dealer networks, key accounts, and customer relations.
