Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the pet care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on pet products and services.
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report sales performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pet care industry.
- Strong knowledge of pet products and services, including pet food, toys, and grooming.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools.
- Min 1 year experience in Sales and Marketing.
