Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new collection partners such as retail stores, supermarkets, housing societies, offices, institutions, malls, restaurants, and commercial establishments.
- Build and maintain a strong network of collection outlets to achieve monthly business targets.
- Conduct customer onboarding, registration, and training on the collection process, segregation, and QR label usage.
- Ensure smooth distribution of collection kits and maintain customer engagement.
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for timely collection and pickups.
- Monitor outlet performance and increase collection volume through regular follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high service satisfaction.
- Maintain daily CRM/MIS reports and update collection records.
- Identify new business opportunities, high-potential areas, and bulk waste generators.
- Achieve monthly targets for outlet acquisition and plastic bottle collection volume.
Candidate Profile
Graduate or Diploma holder.
12 years of experience in Field Sales, FMCG Sales, Channel Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, Retail Sales, Waste Management, Recycling, Logistics, or CSR projects.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-driven with the ability to work independently in the field.
Basic understanding of logistics and field operations will be an added advantage.
Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
