Sales Executive - Pathology Laboratory Sales

We are looking for experienced and result-oriented Sales Executives with a background in pathology laboratory sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business, developing relationships with healthcare professionals, and driving revenue growth for our pathology laboratory services in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell pathology laboratory services to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare institutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and business retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery and resolution of client concerns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Science or Healthcare background preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in pathology laboratory sales, diagnostic sales, or healthcare sales.
• Strong network among doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers in and around Thane.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated with a proven sales track record.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Age between 30-45 years.
• Good understanding of pathology and diagnostic services.
• Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.
• Local candidates from Thane and nearby areas will be preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary of 25,000 per month.
• Salary can be revised based on relevant experience and performance.
