Job Description

Daily Work (Job Responsibilities):

  • Outbound Cold Calling: Make 40 to 50 outbound sales calls every day to prospective B2B clients, retail businesses, and corporate leads.
  • Lead Generation: Pitch AirAttix storage and warehousing solutions over the phone to understand client requirements and generate high-intent sales leads to be passed on to our team.
  • Sales Visits: Go for occasional outdoor face-to-face meetings or sales visits with high-value business clients if required to close the deal.
  • Data Recording: Maintain a clean, daily record of all called numbers, customer feedback, and interested leads in Google Sheets.
  • Weekly Reporting: Submit a structured sales progress report every week showing calls made and leads generated.
  • Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with old leads over phone or email to move them further down the sales pipeline.

Who Can Apply (Requirements):

  • Gender: Female candidates only.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, outbound cold calling, or inside sales. (Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, or real estate calling is a huge plus point).
  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
  • Technical Skills: Must know how to use Google Sheets and Google Docs to track daily calling data.
  • Communication: Clear, confident, and direct speaking style over the phone. Able to build rapport with business clients easily.
  • Personality: Presentable personality with clear, strong, and direct communication skills.
