*About the Role*

Rangrez International Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven Live Commerce Sales Executive (Female) to drive online jewellery sales through live sessions and customer interactions. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in retail or counter sales who is comfortable speaking on camera and has the ability to engage, influence, and convert customers through live selling.

*Key Responsibilities*

- Host live selling sessions across digital platforms to showcase and sell jewellery products.

- Present products confidently on camera with engaging storytelling and effective product demonstrations.

- Build customer trust by explaining product features, quality, styling, and pricing during live sessions.

- Convert live viewers into customers through strong sales techniques and persuasive communication.

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to generate sales and follow up with potential customers.

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product recommendations through calls, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.

- Develop engaging sales pitches that encourage customer purchases.

- Represent the Rangrez brand professionally during all live sessions and customer interactions.

- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to plan live sessions and promotional campaigns.

- Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on new collections and ongoing offers.

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, Counter Sales, Inside Sales, Luxury Retail, Jewellery, Fashion, Apparel, Cosmetics, or other customer-facing sales roles.

- Proven experience in face-to-face selling with strong customer handling skills.

- Comfortable and confident in front of the camera.

- Excellent English communication skills (Hindi proficiency is an added advantage).

- Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.

- Strong storytelling and product demonstration abilities.

- Excellent convincing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.

- Ability to engage large audiences during live sessions.

- Target-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.

- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional personality.

*Preferred Candidate Profile*

- Experience in jewellery, fashion, beauty, or luxury retail sales will be an added advantage.

- Prior experience in live selling, live commerce, social commerce, Instagram/Facebook Live, or video-based sales is preferred.

- Passionate about digital selling, customer engagement, and brand representation.

- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and result-oriented.
