Job Description
Job Profile Summary:
Sales Executive Omni will drives sales and will manage brand presence across organized retail chains, supermarkets, and hypermarkets (e.g. DMart, Reliance). They are responsible for negotiating product listings, ensuring in-store visibility, and hitting primary and secondary sales targets within their assigned territory.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Targets: Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (volume and value) across assigned modern trade outlets and key accounts.
- Key Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with retail chain category managers, store managers, and key decision-makers.
- In-Store Visibility: Ensure planogram compliance, maintain required share of shelf (SOS), and execute targeted trade marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage purchase orders (POs), coordinate logistics, and prevent stock-outs or high expiry wastages.
- Data & Analytics: Consolidate and analyze sales data, track competitor activities, and manage primary and secondary sales metrics via MIS and reporting tools.
- Team Leadership: Train, guide, and monitor in-store promoters and merchandisers regarding product knowledge and upselling techniques.
