Job Summary
RSPL Group is hiring Sales Executives (Off-roll) for its flagship brand Ghadi Detergent.
The role involves handling primary and secondary sales, achieving monthly targets, and managing distributor and retailer relationships in assigned territories.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle primary and secondary sales through regular followups with distributors and retailers.
- Achieve monthonmonth sales targets.
- Update sales and market data on the DMS portal.
- Ensure timely claim submission and coordination with channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum 10+2 (12th Pass) / Graduation
- Twowheeler mandatory.
- Permanent Driving license mandatory.
- Willingness to work in field sales.
