Products: Pet Foods
Outlets: Standalone Stores, MT stores & A+ Chemist Outlets
Key Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Execution of business plan for the above-mentioned outlets
- Overall responsible for Secondary Sales
- Enrolment of new outlets in existing Outlet chains
- Ensuring stock availability at all the Outlets with a high degree of forecasting accuracy
New Product Launches
- Present the new brand launches, SKUs launch to the local buying teams of Outlet chains
- Ensure any Pack & Price change are communicated in all the chains
- Execution of Launch Promotions & Merchandising Activities
Manage Interface with all Accounts
- Develop good relations right from the category buyers to the store level operation teams at the assigned outlets
- Regular feedback on Promotion and New Launch effectiveness
- Data collection and Analysis
- Support the distributors by having good relations with the accounts team of Key Accounts to facilitate faster Payment
Reporting
- Daily activity report
- Expense Statement
Education & Experience
- Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Candidates with MBA/PGDM will be preferred.
- Experience of more than 2 years in FMCG Sales
- Experience of at least 1 year in pet care category
Knowledge and Skills
- Candidate should be a self-starter and motivated to drive sales in the territory
- Knowledge of brands, prices, margins and activities of both own products and competition
- Good communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge of Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint.
- Willing to travel
