Job Description

Products: Pet Foods

Outlets: Standalone Stores, MT stores & A+ Chemist Outlets


Key Job Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Execution of business plan for the above-mentioned outlets
  • Overall responsible for Secondary Sales
  • Enrolment of new outlets in existing Outlet chains
  • Ensuring stock availability at all the Outlets with a high degree of forecasting accuracy

New Product Launches

  • Present the new brand launches, SKUs launch to the local buying teams of Outlet chains
  • Ensure any Pack & Price change are communicated in all the chains
  • Execution of Launch Promotions & Merchandising Activities

Manage Interface with all Accounts

  • Develop good relations right from the category buyers to the store level operation teams at the assigned outlets
  • Regular feedback on Promotion and New Launch effectiveness
  • Data collection and Analysis
  • Support the distributors by having good relations with the accounts team of Key Accounts to facilitate faster Payment

Reporting

  • Daily activity report
  • Expense Statement

Education & Experience

  • Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Candidates with MBA/PGDM will be preferred.
  • Experience of more than 2 years in FMCG Sales
  • Experience of at least 1 year in pet care category

Knowledge and Skills

  • Candidate should be a self-starter and motivated to drive sales in the territory
  • Knowledge of brands, prices, margins and activities of both own products and competition
  • Good communication & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint.
  • Willing to travel
