Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:



  • Manage and develop relationships with Modern Trade partners like DMart, Reliance Retail, Big Bazaar, Wellness Forever, DMart Ready, Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Flipkart, Amazon Fresh & BigBasket.
  • Handle key accounts and ensure regular order flow and stock availability.
  • Ensure proper product listing, visibility, and placement across all the stores.
  • Plan and execute promotions, in-store activations, and merchandising activities.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with distributors, supply chain, and internal teams for smooth operations.
  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
  • Ensure timely collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
  • Prepare sales reports, MIS, and performance tracking.
