Job Title: Sales Executive (MBA Fresher)
Location: Mumbai (Work from Office)
CTC: Up to 5 LPA
Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers with MBA preferred)

About the Role:

We are looking for energetic and ambitious MBA freshers who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and business development. This role offers hands-on experience in building client relationships, understanding business needs, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients across assigned markets.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication.

  • Present company products/services and tailor pitches based on client needs.

  • Support senior sales team members in lead generation and deal closure.

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and report progress regularly.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Management) - 2023/2024 graduates preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • High level of enthusiasm, confidence, and result orientation.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced business environment.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai .
