Job Description

  • Channel Distribution Markets Wholesalers, dealers, and retailers who stock and sell our playing cards.
  • Recreational Clubs Clubs and gaming venues for internal leisure and gaming use.
  • Retail Market Individual consumers purchasing through retail outlets.
  • Our distribution model functions like a mini-FMCG ecosystem, focusing on high rotation, repeat orders, and strong relationship-driven sales.

Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across South India.

  • This role involves developing new markets, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving consistent sales performance through proactive fieldwork.
  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in FMCG or field-based sales, a passion for networking, and the ability to independently manage a multi-state sales territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Existing Markets
  • Regularly visit and maintain strong relationships with channel distributors and recreational clubs.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure timely product availability.
  • Act as a key communication link between customers and internal teams.
  • Facilitate product movement and ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • New & Underdeveloped Markets
  • Identify and onboard potential distributors, clubs, and retailers in new or low-coverage areas.
  • Introduce Nandis product portfolio and increase brand visibility in target regions.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence competitor products, pricing trends, and distribution opportunities.
  • Share actionable field insights to shape future sales and marketing strategies.
  • Clubs & Relationship Development
  • Visit recreational and gaming clubs to conduct product demonstrations and sampling.
  • Build long-term relationships with key club decision-makers.
  • Negotiate and close orders directly or via the distribution network.

Skills & Qualities Expected

  • Proven experience in FMCG, toys/games, or similar field-based sales roles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities to provide actionable field insights.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across South India.
  • Knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
