Role & responsibilities
You'll be on the road 22 days a month across Maharashtra
Visiting villas, homestays, hostels, resorts, and dhabas
Spotting the chaos in their day-to-day management, the missed payments, the WhatsApp-forwarded bills, the "bhaiya ek second" accounting system
Showing them how ChillBills fixes all of that, and closing the subscription on the spot
Demoing the app, onboarding owners, and being their first point of trust with ChillBills
Building a real network of hospitality folks across the state
Hitting monthly targets and reporting from the field
Preferred candidate profile
2-3 years of sales experience (field sales = big bonus)
Based in Maharashtra ideally someone who knows the roads, the people, and the chai stops
Killer communication skills — in Marathi, Hindi, and conversational English
Self-starter energy — you plan your own route, manage your own time, own your numbers
Empathy first — you genuinely listen to a dhaba owner's problems before pitching anything
Resilience — rejections happen; you shake it off and walk into the next property smiling
Smartphone-savvy — comfortable doing live app demos on the go
Hustle + heart — because you're not just selling software, you're solving real problems for real people
