Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Driving revenue targets of the assigned territory by product & segment
2. Payment Collection as per MYKL credit policy
3. New Channel appointment - Identify & appoint high potential outlets in exisitng & new towns
4. Exisitng Channel Management (Retention & Growth) - Primary & Secondary Channel Partners development & achieve their set targets
5. Market penetration - New town penetration, Increase numeric reach & weighted reach as per MYKL guidelines
6. Promotional Activities - Inshop meets, Onsite meets, Mason Meets, Retailer Meets & other BTL activities
7. Influencer Management - Enrollment & development of Rishta users (Masons / Contractors), Engaging with architects / engineers / standalone builders for demand generation
8. Product Range Selling & Maket Penetration New product launches if any
9. Market Insighting - Competition Analysis, Intelligence & Counter Share gain from exisitng channel
10. Market working - As per DRCP & frequency norms
11. Lead Management system - Site working & conversions

1. Achieving set primary & secondary budgets for the year
2. 100% Payment collection as per MYKL credit policy
3. Achieving MYKL business guidelines
4. Achieving product level budgets
