Role & responsibilities:

-Greet and attend to walk-in customers in the store professionally

-Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products

-Explain product features, pricing, materials, and customization options clearly

-Convert inquiries into successful sales and ensure customer satisfaction

-Generate and share quotations with customers

-Handle customer follow-ups to close pending deals

-Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business

-Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery

-Update customers regarding delivery timelines and status

-Achieve monthly sales targets as assigned by the management

-Maintain store presentation and ensure product display is attractive

-Keep track of leads and maintain basic sales records
