Field Sales Executive: Job Overview (No Girls Strictly)


A Field Sales Executive is the "boots on the ground" for the company. Unlike inside sales, this role requires traveling to meet prospective clients face-to-face, building physical relationships, and closing deals within a specific geographic territory.


Role & responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential new customers through cold calling, door-to-door visits, and networking.
  • On-Site Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and sales pitches directly at the clients location.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts by conducting regular check-ins and identifying upsell opportunities.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitors, pricing trends, and new market developments to report back to management.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all activities, appointments, and sales outcomes in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass is mandatory; Graduates are preferred.
  • Age: Between 18 to 30 years.
  • Experience: 02 years (Freshers with a strong desire for sales are welcome). Experience in FMCG, Fintech, or Telecom is a plus.
  • Communication: Must be fluent in Telugu. Basic understanding of English is helpful for app usage

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Gender: Male candidates only.
  • Vehicle: Must own a Bike/Two-Wheeler.
  • Documents: Must have a Valid Driving License and Aadhaar Card.
  • Device: Must own an Android Smartphone.
  • Traits: Strong convincing power, discipline to work on the field, and a result-oriented mindset.

Fresher -budget is 3.0 4.5 LPA, this is a very competitive salary for a 12th-pass/Fresher role in Andhra Pradesh. You should highlight the financial security and the growth potential.
