Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Varanasi. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Research prospects and generate leads through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Prepare and send quotes and proposals to clients.
• Manage the sales process using specific software programs.
• Set sales goals and develop sales strategies.
• Regularly visit retailers as per the beat plan and identify new market potential.
• Conduct at least 25-30 calls daily and provide updates on competitors.
• Identify new business opportunities in retailer sales and convert them into clients.
• Collect payments as per agreed terms and demonstrate focused and new articles, collecting primary and secondary orders.
• Provide secondary orders to distributors and track dispatches from distributor to retailer.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and experience in distributor handling.
• Possess the ability to negotiate and a basic understanding of marketing and product demonstration.
• Be a fast learner with good decision-making skills and passion for sales in the FMCG industry.
• Must have a two-wheeler and a driving license.

• Graduate with excellent customer service and sales skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs is required.
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Experience in field sales and handling distributors is preferred.
