Job Description

Role Overview : -

  • We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive - Real Estate for our Vadodara operations.
  • The candidate must have prior real estate sales experience and a strong understanding of property sales, client handling, and deal closures.

Key Responsibilities : -

  • Generate and manage property sales leads through site visits, walk-ins, channel partners, and referrals.
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to booking and agreement closure.
  • Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies in Vadodara.
  • Update CRM regularly with lead status, follow-ups, and closures.

Mandatory Requirements : -

  • Prior experience in real estate sales is compulsory (Residential / Commercial).
  • Strong understanding of property sales, documentation, and customer handling.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and during weekends as per site visit schedules.

Qualifications : -

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA - Sales/Marketing preferred)

Experience : -

  • 2-6 years of proven experience in real estate sales
  • Vadodara market knowledge is a strong advantage
