Job Description
Role Overview : -
- We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive - Real Estate for our Vadodara operations.
- The candidate must have prior real estate sales experience and a strong understanding of property sales, client handling, and deal closures.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Generate and manage property sales leads through site visits, walk-ins, channel partners, and referrals.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to booking and agreement closure.
- Conduct site visits, project presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion and repeat business.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies in Vadodara.
- Update CRM regularly with lead status, follow-ups, and closures.
Mandatory Requirements : -
- Prior experience in real estate sales is compulsory (Residential / Commercial).
- Strong understanding of property sales, documentation, and customer handling.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Willingness to work on-site and during weekends as per site visit schedules.
Qualifications : -
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA - Sales/Marketing preferred)
Experience : -
- 2-6 years of proven experience in real estate sales
- Vadodara market knowledge is a strong advantage
