Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective property buyers from company-provided leads.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and location benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records and update CRM/database.
- Achieve daily calling and monthly lead generation targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 03 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and build rapport with clients.
- Comfortable working with sales targets and performance-based incentives.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
- Willingness to learn about real estate projects, market trends, and property sales processes.
