Roles and Responsibilities
Generate leads through various channels such as field sales visits , Project sites Visits.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities by prospecting for potential customers in the Building material & Construction Chemical industry.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Desired Candidate Profile
2-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related field (Adhesives manufacturing).
Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.A/B.Com/BBA).
Strong understanding of retail distribution networks, channel sales strategies, and dealer sales techniques will be added advantage.
