company: OLA Electric Location: As per business requirement Role Overview The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales at the OLA Electric Experience Centre by engaging with customers, explaining product features, managing test rides, and converting enquiries into bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities • Engage walk-in customers and generate sales leads at the store. • Explain OLA Electric products, features, pricing, and financing options clearly. • Conduct and manage test rides to improve conversion. • Achieve individual and store-level sales targets. • Maintain accurate customer data and follow-ups in CRM systems. • Support delivery coordination and basic documentation. • Ensure store hygiene, display standards, and brand compliance. Education & Experience • Minimum qualification: PUC or Graduate in any discipline. • 2 to 4 years of experience in Retail Sales / Frontline Sales roles. • Experience in Automobile, EV, Consumer Durables, or Telecom sales preferred. Skills & Competencies • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset. • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively. • Comfortable using CRM tools and basic digital applications. • Willingness to work on weekends and during peak business hours
