Industry: Wires and cables, Electrical Components, Industrial Products, Switchgear, Wiring Accessories.

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Electrical Components Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of sales experience in electrical products/components. The candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through field sales and market visits.
  • Promote and sell electrical components such as switches, cables, MCBs, MCCBs, contactors, relays, sensors, industrial automation products, panel accessories, and related products.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, panel builders, OEMs, and industrial customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Follow up on inquiries, orders, payments, and customer feedback.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), or any qualification.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical components sales.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical products and industrial markets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
  • Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
