Bhavna Enterprises is a leading manufacturer of Tamper Evident Security Bags, Gold Loan Security Bags, Courier Bags and Secure Packaging Solutions, supplying products to banks, NBFCs, financial institutions and corporate customers across India.

We are looking for an energetic, self-driven professional based in Kerala to strengthen our presence in the banking and gold loan sector.


Job Description


The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building relationships with banks, NBFCs, Nidhi companies and co-operative banks, gathering market intelligence and coordinating meetings with key decision-makers.


This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel across Kerala.


Key Responsibilities


  • Visit banks, NBFCs, Nidhi companies and co-operative banks across Kerala.
  • Identify procurement decision-makers and establish initial contact.
  • Collect verified contact details of key officials.
  • Build professional relationships with branch and regional office personnel.
  • Schedule meetings between prospective customers and the company's management.
  • Conduct market research and gather competitor information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer visits, meeting outcomes and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with the management team regarding appointments and business opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates through Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp.
  • Represent the company professionally during all customer interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • 15 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development or Banking Sales.
  • Experience in Banking, NBFC, Financial Services or B2B Sales will be preferred.
  • Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of English.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined and capable of working independently.
