About the Role
We are looking for a confident and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team for RecurPost, a leading SaaS tool used globally for social media scheduling and automation. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales activities to explore new business opportunities
- Conduct product demos, walkthroughs, and presentations for potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate RecurPost solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing the deal
- Maintain accurate records of leads, demos, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Required Skills & Experience14 years of experience in SaaS sales, software sales, or B2B sales
- Excellent English communication both verbal and written
- Strong presentation and product demo skills
- Understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification, and closing techniques
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, etc)
- Highly persuasive, proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup-style environment
Qualification
Any Graduate (MBA/BBA preferred but not required)Sales training or certification is a plus
