Sales Executive

Job Description

Fixed Salary: 3,00,000 3,25,000 per year (in hand)

Variable Salary: Up to 3,00,000 6,00,000 per year (in hand)

The variable salary is paid on a monthly basis.

Role and Responsibilities:

This is a full-time, in-office role for a Sales Specialist at "Elitehubs".

As a Sales Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include communicating with customers over calls and through chat channels on social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp. You will guide customers in configuring the perfect PC for their needs, educate them about hardware compatibility, quality, and performance, manage sales activities, and coordinate with other teams within the organization.

Training:

Selected candidates will receive 1-2 months of training (with full salary) at our facility in Surat.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Basic knowledge of computer components.
• Excellent communication skills.
• A customer-centric approach .
• Prior experience in the computer hardware industry is an advantage, but not mandatory. Preference will be given to candidates who can learn quickly and grasp new concepts effectively.
• Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Good typing speed and proficiency in written communication.
