Job Description
- Identifying potential customers and developing leads through networking, cold-calling, and other methods
- Meeting with prospective customers to understand their needs and present company products or services
- Negotiating sales contracts and pricing with customers
- Providing customer service and support to existing customers
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to improve customer experience and meet business goals
- Maintaining accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system
