Job Description

Position Overview The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction within the wholesale building materials industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing a portfolio of accounts, and collaborating closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about building materials and industry trends and can provide expert guidance and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the building materials market.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to understand requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the wholesale building materials industry.
  • Strong understanding of building materials, construction processes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Valid drivers license and willingness to travel as needed.
