Role Summary: Drive retail sales growth by managing dealers/distributors, developing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
• Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners and retailers.
• Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Ensure product availability and support channel partners.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the mattress, furniture, seating, or related retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail channel sales and dealer/distributor management.
• Proficiency in the local language is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Freshers:

• Graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn may be considered for trainee roles.

Education:

• Graduate in any discipline.
