Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials industry.

• Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team.
• Setting reasonable sales targets and monitoring performance.
• Collecting customer feedback and updating senior management.
• Traveling to potential and existing customers to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
• Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
• Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

• Any graduate degree.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Good English verbal skills and confidence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing and training sales teams is an added advantage.
