Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance and support.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Identify and pursue new business leads through innovative ideas and techniques.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong client relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Experience working with dealers and distributors is an advantage.
• Qualification: Any Graduation.
