Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and book appointments.
• Follow up with clients to arrange consultations with dietitians and achieve sales targets.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Regularly follow up with leads and existing customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, feedback, and outcomes.
• Work closely with dietitians and other internal teams to ensure smooth hand-off and service delivery.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) and the ability to persuade and build rapport over the phone.
• Organized with the ability to manage follow-ups, schedules, and sales pipelines.
• Strong goal-orientation and ability to work under targets.
• Dependable, proactive, and customer-centric mindset.
