Sales Executive

Looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 0-3 years of experience and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Create and manage databases of customers and track sales performance.
• Handle customer grievances professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Identify and pursue new business leads through innovative ideas.

• Graduate degree in any field.
• Strong skills in sales, negotiation, and communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC industry is a plus.
• Shift timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
