Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

• Drive sales growth by establishing new clients and maintaining relationships with existing ones.
• Promote products to both new and existing clients, focusing on building strong client relationships.
• Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and packages with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Review sales performance and identify areas for improvement, implementing strategies to increase sales revenue.
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, aligning with the company's overall goals.

• Graduation degree from a recognized university.
• Excellent communication, sales, and marketing skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
• Familiarity with export industry trends and practices, demonstrating a strong understanding of market dynamics.
