Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the university's brand shop, delivering excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and promoting official university merchandise. The role requires strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to maintain an attractive
retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist students, faculty, staff, alumni, parents, and visitors.
• Promote and sell official university merchandise, including apparel, accessories,stationery, gifts, and souvenirs.
• Process billing, payments, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Maintain stock levels and coordinate inventory replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising and attractive product displays.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, sales events, and university functions.
• Prepare daily sales reports and maintain transaction records.
• Coordinate with vendors and the procurement team regarding merchandise availability.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and retail procedures.
• Learning about the brand and its products on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• 13 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or store operations.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
Required Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).
