We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our Real Estate Sales Team at Raigarh. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling customer inquiries, conducting site visits, and converting prospects into customers while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various marketing and referral channels.
• Attend walk-in customers and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits for prospective buyers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with banks and customers for loan processing and documentation.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/MIS reports regularly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
• Assist customers throughout the booking and registration process.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor information.
