Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the real estate industry, based in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

• Oversee the promotion of property sales through advertisement media and listing services.
• Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer real estate deals.
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and preferences.
• Coordinate the preparation and approval of documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies during property transactions.
• Monitor the property market to identify potential buyers and secure brokering deals.
• Conduct surveys to assess competitor property prices on the housing market and recommend them to buyers, referring them to property consultants who provide legal and mortgage services.
• Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
• Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to enhance job knowledge and expand personal networks.

• Any graduate degree is required.
• Excellent communication skills are essential.
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills are necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software is beneficial.
