Job Title: Sales Executive (SE) Amaron
Location: Pune
Experience: 3 to 7 Years
Qualification: MBA / BE / B.Tech
Role Purpose
Drive territory sales growth through dealer and franchise network management, retail expansion, market development, and execution of sales and marketing initiatives for Amaron products.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets across the product portfolio
- Drive primary and secondary sales through franchisees and channel partners
- Expand dealer and retail network in the assigned territory
- Execute local marketing and promotional activities
- Build and maintain strong dealer/customer relationships
- Track market trends and competitor activities
- Coordinate with service teams to ensure warranty and post-sales support
- Ensure timely reporting and CRM compliance (DILO)
Candidate Profile
- 3 to 7 years of experience in Channel Sales / Territory Sales / Dealer Management
- Experience from industries such as:
- Batteries
- Tyres
- Paints
- Lubricants
- Automotive Accessories
- Building Materials
- FMCG (exceptional performers)
- Strong exposure in:
- Dealer / Distributor Management
- Market Development
