Sales Executive

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of SCADA, PLC, and other relevant technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with lead generation and conversion techniques.
• Experience selling instrumentation products is preferred.
• Candidates must be medically fit and ready to travel; any courses or schools attended should be declared in advance.
• A long-term career opportunity mindset is expected, with no production background considered suitable for this role.
• English proficiency is critical, and candidates not willing to travel extensively are not eligible.
• Must have clear goals and aspirations focused on industrial sales and marketing, with no other competing interests or ambitions.
• Knowledge of the sector (Refinery / Chemical / Petrochemical) is essential, including companies such as RIL, HPCL, BPCL, OPAL, etc., along with analytical companies like MG Analyser, Adage, Spirare, Axis, ABB, Yokogawa, Emerson, Swagelok, Parker, etc.
• Other potential employers include valve manufacturers, pump manufacturers, lubrication companies, gas companies (BURKERT, BOC, LINDE, INOX AIR PRODUCTS, PRAXAIR, AIR LIQUIDE, Bhoruka Gas, K Air, SWAGELOK (ALL India), PARKER, GCE DRUVA, CIRCOR GROUP), flow meter manufacturing companies, automation & engineering companies/service providers, etc.
