Job Title: Sales Executive

Experience: 1- 4 Years (Real Estate Only)

Vacancies: 6 Positions
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for lead follow-ups and customer engagement.
  • Qualify leads and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Generate sales and achieve booking targets as assigned by the management.
  • Convert enquiries into site visits and bookings through effective follow-ups.
  • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
  • Assist in booking closures and customer onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate booking documentation and payment-related formalities.
  • Act as a single point of contact for customers during the sales and post-sales journey.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for agreements, collections, possession, and customer support.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and resolution of customer queries.
  • Prepare and maintain sales and customer activity reports.

Requirements:

  • 1- 4 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
  • Experience in Telecalling, Sales, CRM, or Post-Sales functions.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales and booking targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer interactions and coordinate across departments.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
