Position Details
Job Title Sales : Executive Field Sales

Department : Sales & Business Development

Reporting To : Sales Manager / Business Head

Experience Required : Minimum 2 Years

Job Location : Pisoli, Kondhwa, Pune

Employment Type : Full-Time

Vehicle Requirement : Mandatory Own Two-Wheeler

Travel Reimbursement : Travel Allowance as per Company Policy

Key Responsibilities (KRAs)

  1. Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the textile market.
  2. Conduct regular field visits to meet customers, distributors, dealers, and key stakeholders across assigned territories.
  3. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned by management.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  5. Identify market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support business growth.
  6. Present products, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales opportunities effectively.
  7. Prepare and submit daily visit reports, sales reports, and market intelligence updates.
  8. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, payment follow-up, and customer support.
  9. Follow up on quotations, inquiries, and pending orders to maximize conversion rates.
  10. Manage collections and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from customers.
  11. Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer meetings when required.
  12. Ensure effective territory coverage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions through CRM or sales reports.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage extensive travel schedules.
  • Experience in the Textile Industry will be an addred advantage


Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Own vehicle is mandatory.
  • Valid Driving License.
  • Strong network within textile manufacturers, dealers, distributors, or related market segments will be preferred.
