Requirements & Key Skills
  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred, though professional qualifications or certifications in Sales are highly valued.
  • Computer & Technical Skills: Must possess strong basic computer skills. You must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office standard applications, specifically Microsoft Excel (for pipeline data), Microsoft Word (for client proposals), and Microsoft PowerPoint (for sales presentations), along with an openness to learning standard CRM or sales tracking software.
  • Leadership & Coordination: Strong early-stage man-managing potential with the capability to coordinate efficiently with internal logistics and operations teams.
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to manage everyday inquiries and cultivate long-term future client relationships.
  • Communication Power: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in delivering professional pitches to executive audiences and public groups.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Target & Strategy Execution: Partner with the sales and operations teams to develop localized sales targets and implement strategic action plans.
  • Account Reporting: Maintain transparency by reporting directly to the Sales Manager regarding sales pipeline progress, staff performance, and milestone achievements.
  • Lead Generation & Client Sourcing: Use proactive initiative to source new corporate and residential clients. This involves following up on incoming marketing leads, conducting cold outreach, visiting potential clients, and delivering strong presentations.
  • Brand Representation: Attend industry conferences, corporate functions, and networking events to actively promote the company s services and pitch customized solutions.
  • Consultative Selling: Provide highly accurate, empathetic advice to prospective and current customers regarding moving logistics, tailoring optimized packages to their needs.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Assist management and creative departments in composing high-impact Sales and Marketing collateral to optimize lead conversion.
